Promotional Competition Terms and Conditions (“Rules”)
This promotional competition (“Competition”) is run by OB UK Holdings Ltd (Registration number: HE 13163871) (“Promoter”).
The Final Winners shall mean the finalist who ultimately win the Prize and their nominated partners.
This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer of the Promoter.
The Competition begins on 15 August 2024 and ends 30 September 2024. The Promoter reserves the right to change these dates.
The Competition is open to all persons of 18 (eighteen) years or older and resides in the United Kingdom. The Final Winners shall be required to have valid passports and must meet the entry requirements to Cyprus.
This Competition is not open to the Promoter’s directors, partners, employees, agents, consultants and their immediate families.
Participation by all entrants (“Entrants”) constitutes acceptance of these Rules.
The Prize comprises of return economy class flights for travel between October 2024 and November 2024, departing from London (subject to availability) for 2 adults to Cyprus, 4 night stay at the 4-star Hotel Anemi & Spa in Paphos Cyprus in a double premium room with bed & breakfast only, airport taxes and hotel transfers and 2 activities, The Final Winners agree to attend a function hosted by the Promoter at a venue and time elected by the Promoter.
The Promoter may in its sole discretion award a similar Prize in value if, for any reason whatsoever, the Prize becomes unavailable.
The Promoter will not be held liable for – passport costs including visas, travel costs to and from the departing airport, medical insurance or any medical costs, spending money and any other costs not included in the Prize by the Promoter.
The Promoter shall no be held liable for any loss in income, personal injury, theft, health issues, loss of life, travel during the Final Winners time in Cyprus. The Final Winners accept it is their responsibility to arrange their own travel insurance in respect of the Prize. Any upgrade or extension of the Prize of the 2 adult tickets, accommodation and any other expenses will be for the Final Winners cost.
The Promoter may during the duration of the Prize generate content of the Final Winners. The content may include but not be limited to photos, videos and announcements which will be used on the Promoter’s and Promoter associate social media channels. The Final Winners consent for the Promoter to use any photographs and videos on any platform owned by the Promoter including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and the Promoter’s website. The Final Winners waive their rights to demand any remuneration for use of the media by the Promoter in perpetuity. The Final Winners acknowledges that the Promoter will use the media at their discretion without notice to or approval from the Final Winners.
To qualify entrants must:
Scan the QR Code displayed on the competition materials in restaurant (Posters, Table Talkers, bill and bathroom posters) and review your experience.

1 Entry: Take a photo at our interactive photo booth in restaurant, tag us on Instagram or FacebookThe 5 (five) Finalists per restaurant with the right to claim the Prize and will be selected by random selection on 4th October 2024 and must attend our VIP Final Draw events at Ocean Basket Kingston Upon Thames and Ocean Basket Bromley taking place on Monday 10th October (Kingston Upon Thames) and Tuesday 11th October (Bromley) at 19h00. Travel costs to the event will be for the Finalists account.
The Finalists will be contacted via email to notify them to attend the VIP Final Draws. The Finalists must attend in person to qualify for the final draw. The Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of the Finalists, unless the Finalists decline in writing to the Promoter. If the Finalist’s contact details are not valid, the Finalist is not reasonably contactable, or the Finalist fails to respond within 5 (five) days of being notified thereof, he/she/they will forfeit their entry into the VIP Final Draw to have the chance to win the prize.
At the VIP Final Draw events, 2 (two) Finalist will have the right to successfully claim the right to the Prize (“the Final Winners”), which the Promoter will announce at the VIP Final Draws and on its social media channels.
The Prize must be redeemed by way of flights and accommodation booked within 30 (thirty) days of the Final Winners successfully claiming the right to win the Prize or otherwise the Final Winners will forfeit the Prize. The Final Winners must provide valid proof of identification and valid passports when redeeming the Prize if this is not provided or not valid, the Final Winners will forfeit the Prize.
The Prize is exclusively for the Final Winners and is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.
The Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any Final Winners to verify the Final Winners eligibility to win the Prize.
The Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of the Final Winners, provided that the Final Winners may expressly elect to decline this.
These Rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition.
All Entrants hereby indemnify the Promoter and its agents, against any / all claims for any injury, loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.
